Booking Policy
Consultations can be booked through our website, phone, or app. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive confirmation of your appointment via phone or email.
Payment Policy
All consultations require full payment in advance. We accept payments through the secure methods listed on our website. Astrovell does not store your card or banking details.
Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are treated as completed consultations and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Once a consultation has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. In the rare event of a technical failure or double payment on our end, please contact us at info@astrovell.com within 48 hours and we will review your request.
