Before You Delete

What happens when you delete your account

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any remaining wallet balance, cashback or coupons are forfeited.

Deleted immediately

  • Name, mobile number, email, gender and profile photo
  • Date, time and place of birth, address and location
  • Saved kundalis and kundali matchings
  • Chat intake forms shared with astrologers
  • App feedback you submitted
  • Device and push-notification tokens
  • Any pending chat or call requests are cancelled

Retained, without your personal details

  • Payment and wallet transaction records, kept for legal and accounting requirements
  • Records of completed chat and call sessions, kept for astrologer earnings and dispute handling
  • Reviews you posted for astrologers, shown as "Deleted User"

These records are linked only to an anonymised ID. No name, number, email or birth details remain attached to them. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods.

Only for Astrovell customer accounts. Astrologer accounts cannot be deleted from this page because they have payouts and bank details attached. Astrologers should write to info@astrovell.com from their registered email.
